Jim Tress spent over 30 years in the computer sales and the computer lease financing industry.
During that period Jim Tress held positions in sales and executive management with Fortune 100
companies and ended his career by owning and managing a very successful computer leasing company.
Jim Tress purchased real estate in Flagstaff in 1984 and upon retirement in 1996 made Flagstaff,
Arizona his home for him and his wife, Terry. After a couple years of retirement and golf, Jim
grew restless and decided to start a new career marketing luxury Flagstaff real estate. The most
enjoyable and rewarding aspect of his new career continues to be the number of clients that are
